Headlight fix question (not your normal question)
Ok guys, I have already visited this website, for fixing the headlight motor. http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/index.htm
My question is, I did the 180 degree flip, and didnt have any luck. It looks like the motor is actually loose from the housing. The plastic gear has one worn spot, but the rest looks good. I think that the motor is so loose that the stock gear, or a new brass gear, might not fix the problem. So my question is, do I just need to buy a whole new motor, or is their any way to make the worm gear and the actual motor tighter.

I wouldn't eff with it and just go get a new one :\ I might not even mess with mine anymore and just bite the bullet.
I'm sure there is a way to do it, after all, it has to go together somehow right? I do think they remanufacture them as well, so they have to come apart too lol
