The cheapest I found was from ByunSpeed. Not too sure how fast their shipping is though, I just ordered mine a few days ago along with an LS7 clutch kit so it's going to be a little while longer.

Ours are $139 with free shipping. We use DHL Ground and normally takes about 2-3 days to get to you depending on your location. We are in Houston.
