Car stumbling at idle think maybe only cold start

Car stumbling at idle think maybe only cold start I have tweaked my car a bit with hptuners. I raised idle to like 1000. I know its high but I like it smooth don't really want any lope.Also my new clutch is not very good for low rpm right now so higher idle helps. I have the idle coming on like 1100 when cold also.
So can't understand start up car and idle stumbles terrible when start backing up out of my driveway ,sometimes it stalls, and if turn air on worse.
I have not upped idle spark. Tried it and it made the car surge at low speeds put it back to stock. I didn't lean out the car yet . Am I supposed to in main ve and running airflow or something also. a bit confused. Can the stumbling right after start be something that can be fixed with throttle cracker or follower? And if so how what numbers should I put in.What does the throttle cracker do exactly?
I know the follow controls how quick it goes down on revs when you take foot off the gas.
