The LS6 cam works great.
A Walbro 255lph pump and 42's will do great with the turbo.
At 5psi, you should see around 100rwhp gain.

i'm thinking i'm gonna go with the 67mm, it's only 400 bucks more. even a stock ls1 cam should be fine with just the base 60mm sts. and i think sts can set you up with a methanol injection kit for about 500 bucks. good idea on stock internals. 99Z28LS1, i found some 61# injectors for cheap, even if i was only running 5-9 psi, think they'd be fine? i should have 6.0L heads on by the time i have my turbo set up but i don't know if i'll need meth injection or not.

61# injectors? I know where to get 60# injectors, but where do you get 61#ers?

Anyway, before I put my new engine in my car I was running a completely stock LS1. I had the Racetronix Walbro fuel pump, 42# injectors and a T67. I got 467hp/508tq at the wheels on 7lbs of boost. I could have done 8lbs of boost and still had a reliable car. Anything over 8lbs on a stock motor really is too much if you want to keep it running. And unless you're going for something bigger than a stock LS1, you really don't need anything bigger than a 42# injector.

60 pounders might be too much UNLESS you have plans on going further in your quest for more power. with 5.5-6psi on a stock clutch and header leak, i made 503rwhp and 512tq with TRT's cam
