Nevermind found it
for future searching reference: its in the tube that runs from the condenser (right near the radiator cap) on the radiator, to the bottom port of the two near the firewall. the pipe is larger near the top, that where the orfice tube goes, you need needle nose pliers to get it our. you know it clogged when the pipe behind it is way colder then the pipe after it...
