Is there such thing as an LS1 intake w/o EGR? Is there such thing and an LS1 intake w/o EGR or an LS6 intake w/ EGR. I know the LS6 flows much better, I was just wondering how to tell just by looking and not reading PN's. A friend of mine has one and says he got it off a corvette but he's not sure what year. any help would be appreciated.

SLP sells an ls6 w/EGR, and I believe the factory 01-02 manifolds on fbodies were ls6's w/EGR. The stock C5 manifold (97-00) should be an LS1 without EGR, but I dunno why you'd want that.

A friend has one and says he got it off a vette but doesn't know what year. I'm tryin to figure out whether it's an ls6 or not. It has no egr provisions
