KFC Or Bust

The other day I saw what I thought was an 00 SS M6 for sale at a local lot so I went in for a test drive. While I was on the drive I got out and gave it a once over, very clean car I must admit but it had a Z28 badge on the trunk lid. It had the SS 10 spoke rims, hood, bumper, fender emblems, Hurst shifter and might've had the spoiler, I can't remember though. On the car list for that dealership it says "Z28 Camaro Coupe"....Can you tell if it's an SS by the vin or do you have to check the RPO codes? If anyone could help me via the vin number here it is: 2G1FP22G4Y2158713

Also is $13,995 a fair price for the car? It has 49,000 miles on it, silver paint/black leather, 9/10 inside and out, slow *** power windows and probably a few other common F-Body things. I'm a little new to shopping for F-Bodies so I don't know what the going rate is for one nowadays.

Other than the confusion with the badges I must say I'm addicted to a 6 speed tranny though, pretty much alls I've had lately are 700R4's in my Blazers and Braphoon.

Go look for the wu8 on the door code. Its a pretty average price if its in good shape

You could call SLP and give them the VIN. They'll tell you if it ever came through their factory and what options it came with as well as the original color in case it's been painted.
