Default TPS issues, cutout (duh tps) , p1635 reference, help needed

Setup is LS1 with magnuson, reflashed pcm, still running maf and map. and bbk tb, painless harness.

problem is the car cuts out at anything under full throttle, which is a problem, but since the car is mostly used at wot anyways i put it off, but now trying to troubleshoot it im kinda lost on it.

codes are
P0122
Throttle position a circuit low imput?

P1635 5 volt reference

i already changed the tops and looked at all the wiring, everything seems in order, but im not really sure what would cause this. hoping someone with more knowledge than me (even though i dont have a lot) can chime in with a general area to look for a problem, because i have no clue where to look.

If both DTCs are being set at the same time, I believe this indicates the 5 volt reference circuit is either shorted to ground or voltage. With a 99+ PCM, check the gray wire coming from the C1-8 location on the blue PCM connector.
