so i got my throttle body ported but when i took it off, the right hose on the bottom of the throttle body slowly leaked coolant and I clean up 3 puddles of about 6 inches in diameter over a period of 2 days while the car was down. my question is, I bought some dex cool, but do i put a tad in the radiator or the cap where it says engine coolant only? Thx.

Doesn't sound like you lost that much. With the car cold top off the radiator, then check the coolant level cold on the dipstick. If you have air in the system or low you're low coolant light will illuminate - unless it's been unplugged.
