Default newbie when it comes to shock & spring setup

Can someone tell me what would be best suited for my setup. Here are my aftermarket suspension mods: PHB, LCA's, SFC's, STB & Sway bars. My problem is i have SLP headers which hang lower. This car is not a DD I just take it out for joy rides every now and then. I rarely if ever go to the track. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money just yet, but i would like to lower it. I was thinking i probably shouldn't drop it more then 1" cause of the headers. What is my best bet at a reasonable cost.

Your best best would be to measure how low those SLP headers are at stock ride height, and then determine if you even want to lower the car at all. Those headers are pretty damn low, I've seen them on a car recently.
