Default TB question

What the difference between LS1 TB related to the year? (98=99?; do 98=2000 and up?) Can I use a 2000 in a 98 car? What modification I have to perform if is required? Thanks for your help.

98-99 work together 00-02 (blue spring) work together . if you put the wrong yearon it will mess with your idle . it will cause your rpms to stayt up . like whwen you come to a dead stop it takesa minut for the rpms to come down .
i think you can justchange out the spring on the throttle body to correct this .
