General Maintenance & Repairs - Is this an issue?

So I was putting some injector cleaner in my tank, and noticed that little flapper door is kinda stuck halfway open, not completely landing flush to the opening like every car i've seen. Not the lid to expose the gas cap, but that little, probably ~1" diameter metal flapper door. Is this causing an issue for me? Thanks. -J

if there becomes a issue with the cap, you could end up throwing a code....
