AEM wideband/HPT readout question

AEM wideband/HPT readout question I have been tuning the MAF and its getting close, but at a stedy RPM I get a stedy AEM gauge readout of 14.3 to 14.4 but the HPT readout is bounceing between 14.7 and 15.1 consistantly, I used the AEM WB PID in the HPT for it and am sure I have it hooked up the AEM correctly,...why are they so far off from each other?
