Default Getting stock heads milled?????

Is it worth it to get the stock heads milled for increased comp. with getting them ported and polished with bigger valves? How much can stock 5.7 heads be milled without causing p/v clearance problems? I was thinking of goin this set up till i get more $$$$ for stage 2 heads. Do you think it will work? What kind of power can i look for with the mods below and a vig. 3200?
Heads milled to maybe .015 (more if possible)
valve job
918 springs
titanium ret.
shortened push rods
stock rocker arms
Either a C1 or TR224 cam
New timing chain
TIA,
Rob

I have my heads milled .040 and am running 555 of lift w/ 2.02 and 1.6 valves. I have no problem at all w/clearance and could probably have a little bit more lift. What you need to consider is what else you will have to change, pushrods, springs, retainers, valve guides. hope this helps
