Generation IV Internal Engine - Need help on finding out CR on this motor

It is a 5.3 block bored to 5.7
stock 5.7 piston,rod,crank
heads are a 58.5 cc 241 milled
head gaskets are the fel-pro not the mls
I thinking 10.8 or 11.1
help me out

That sounds o.k., but you will haft to use 93 oct. fuel with that compression

With The Heads Being Milled That Far Do I Need To Run A 7.350 Pushrod ?
