Default Wideband Problems

*sigh* Well a while back I had a thread about the fluctuations in my wideband, but today its just nonfunctional. I had the position of the bung moved, because the angle wasnt right. It was at to much of a downward angle before. Now that its in the new position it wont read anything at all. It starts up normal and does the whole scan cycle at the beginning, but now as it heats up it just slowly climbs point by point untill it breaks 18 and then it goes to dashes. It doesnt matter how much throttle I give it it stays at ---. Its an AEM wideband with a bosch sensor. Is this is a common problem with a dead sensor or something? Thanks for any help.

If you pull it out and do an open air sensing does it work correctly?

I think the problem is that when the angle of the bung was switched that the sensor is not far enough in the pipe to read the gas. Well give it another shot tomorrow, so Im hoping that will solve it.

Found out the problem. There were two pinholes around the bung that were sucking in fresh air. Its working properly now and reading around the mid-high 14s.
