anyone have a really good pic of the ls1 steering rack??

particularly where the linkage is i have a theory i need confirmed

i was told the v6 rack will not work on the ls1 because of the location of the alternator and that the ls1 rack has the linkage further over and tilted towards the firewall, and i noticed when i was looking at mine it als points towards the firwall,

my threory is that the v6 had a performance option which included faster steering wheel and im wondering if they used the ls1 rack to achieve this, but wont know till i see pics and compare.
