It will BUT< the lt1 radiator has provisions for the oil cooler, and if your car has that (not all of them do, forgot the years) then it wont work because you'll have 2 oil cooler lines with no where to go. If you had a prob overheating before it would get worse with the LS1 radiator, it's made for an Allum engine so it's thinner, hence the reason why I and a lot of other board members use LT1 radiators on their LS cars.
