Can you buy ONE O2 SIM?

Can you buy ONE O2 SIM? In preperation of my upcoming header install,I unhooked the rear O2 sensors and plugged in a pair of SIMs I bought from a member on this forum.They seemed to work fine for a couple of days but now throwing a code(PO140).If one sim is bad, can I buy a single one?
