Default How much error for LCA relocation?

I did some measuring on my car as I am always looking to improve.

I found out that from the concrete to my LCA is as follows:

Front: 7.43 inches
Rear: 8.75 inches

Difference of 1.32 inches

Is this enough error to consider getting LCA relocation brakets? I mean really it is only about 5 degrees off if considering the LCA is 29.25 inches long. I searched and could not find any constraints where people were saying YES this is too far off or NO its ok. I have searched and read that people say make it level. Wasn't sure if it was close enough in spec to worry about.

Also, I found what appear to be some relocation brackets tossed inside a 99 parts car I bought. Are they useful or trash?
