Default i think i need coolant, but no sure.

Hey, guys the very top left light keeps coming on my car but it only comes on when i get on it or do a burnout or somthing extreme then i turn the car off and back on and the light doesnt come on again. but its the top left light in my dash its red with like water drip. im pretty sure its my coolant light obviously im an idiot when it comes to this stuff so excuse my ignorance. I popped my hood and found where the coolant goes i pulled the cap off and theres that strip i whiped it off and dipped it, it came out like this.

Wait for the engine to completely cool, then slowly add a 50/50 mixture until the level is correct. Reminds me to check mine, can't remember last time I checked - and don't have a low coolant sensor.
