Default Opinions on running a head that has been repaired

Would it be safe to run a pair of heads that has previously dropped a valve, and been repaired? Also, the repair is partial as can be seen in the attached photo.

honestly i would just go see patriot and buy a set of stock 243s for about $400 just for the peace of mind . only way to know is to try it and sounds like a lot to loose compared to gain .
