WS6 maybe? I'm looking at a trans am for sale online and was wondering can it be a ws6 without having the ram air hood? its a 99 trans am m6.

Negative. A WS6 will have a WS6 hood. A clone, such as a base model TA, could have the WS6 hood.
Correct me if I'm wrong but a real WS6 has a raised air box. Therefore the base model TA hood would not fit on a true WS6.
