Default Deleting Insufficient code?

Would it hurt anything to delete the insufficient switching code? I have long tubes and after resetting the computer the car switched fine and then got worse until the code threw. But that was longer than the last couple of times. I only get this code on the drivers side, not the passenger. This is a brand new O2 sensor and it was dyno tuned to the right AFR. So what should i do?
