What should my time be with these conditions?

What should my time be with these conditions? My best is a 13.11@ 108.5 on street tires in mid 60 degree weather. This weekend I'm going to be on nittos and the temp. is going to be around the low 80s. With a good 60' time should I be able to break into the 12's?
