Was starting off on a slight upgrade while in 3rd gear ) and well when I was up to speed I noticed the SES light on. Thanks to autozone, they scanned it and saw P0108. Manifold pressure sensor says the input is higher than expected.

tb intake tube loose/off/cracked im assuming thats the air box or the little smooth bellow thing? both are normal or so they seem.

MAP or MAF can be defective or dirty etc. I havent checked the MAF yet and autozone didnt hve the spray cleaner.. but was told we can use brake cleaner for it? shrugs. Havent ever checked my MAF or cleaned it but im sure I can serch it here.

then there is the vccum hose off/craked or blocked or mechanical engine timing is off..

Well anyone have any experience with the code? I almost wonder if it was just a freak thing.

Vacuum leaks might cause this to happen. Could be a problem with the MAP sensor, too, although if that were the case your car probably would run very poorly.
