Default Gurus - what is considered rich/lean Pulsewidth at

Gurus - what is considered rich/lean Pulsewidth at startup? Would it be close to pulsewidth at idle + a constant for startup? Can we determine pulsewidth at idle and then add 2 - for example ( 4 msec + 2 = 6 msec)?? How about on a moderately cammed, stock bottom end LS1. Big cammed LSX/427? TIA
