Need Help. TR55/MSD issue?
Well, i finally got around to installing a set of TR55s gapped at .055, and MSD wires(Mods in sig), and now i cant figure out why she seems to be misfiring? I rechecked to make sure all the wires are connected on both ends, and as far as i can tell, they are but it still runs the same. Idles nice and smooth, and drives fine most of the time, just a miss every now and then. Then under harder accel it makes it worse?. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look at next?
When i did the passenger install, i just completely removed the coil pack bracket, could i have knocked a connection loose? Its not throwing any codes (Checked with Autotap), but i believe the SES light was flashing for a couple seconds after a nearly WOT run.
BTW, ive tried to search, but i just keep getting errors after i hit search.

I finally checked the freeze frame data, and it came up as P0300 (Misfire detected) and P0101 (MAF performance).
Ill try switching out some wires, unfortunately i pulled the boots off 2 of them.
The only plug that i would have though possibly cracked, i pulled out and checked as close as i could.
Im almost positive they all did. Im going to try for the 3rd time to see, then ill try the stock wires.
Please keep the suggestions coming.

I had to swap different wires to different plugs. Some would click and some wouldnt. So id pick another and put it on and it would click. I think the MSD's are annoying to put on. Remember there is supposed to be one click to the plug and 2 to the coil pack.

Had the same problem on my car and a buddies. My buddies was a cracked plug. Mine was the fact that the stupid msd wires would literally not click on. The passenger side was killer. Seemed no matter how hard we tried they would just not go on.

Update.
Well, it turns out our car HATES TR55s. I switched them out, with the Bosch +4s (Iridium/Platinum fusion) not by choice, i wanted stock plugs, but they had these in stock. The car runs great with these plugs, and MSD wires.
I tried the stock wires and TR55s, with the same results. Switched the plugs, and made damn sure the MSD wires were on and she runs great now.

There is no reason in the world the car would miss on the TR55's unless you had a cracked plug or didn't have a boot on all the way. Bosch plugs suck in these cars if I were you I would have gotten another set of TR55's and tried them.

Funny, my car loves the TR55's - I'm on my second set. My buddy didn't like them; he had a hesitation and slight miss. Went to iridiums and he is fine.
You guys are right about some of the MSD's not clicking on the plug. Freakin' annoying to keep messing with one time and time again.
