Default Idling weird

I added headers about 1,000 miles ago and just did a lid about 2 weeks ago. It was fine up until the lid. Then after the lid it started idling kinda lumpy, like i have a cam. It isn't tuned yet, but I was just wondering if that was something I should get checked out. The sound is sort of a flapping sound at idle. Its not constant, maybe every other second or so. The car drives fine, so I'm confused as to what the problem is. I thought it was the MAF so I removed that and sprayed MAF cleaner on it and that didn't seem to help out much, it just happens a bit less. I don't think its related but I also added a skip shift on the car the same day. Any ideas?

what does a flapping noise sound like? do you have any leaks in your bellows? you may just have to adjust your tps

Its hard to explain, but that was the best comparison I could come up with. Maybe more like a cam idle would explain the sound better.

Are you sure you connected all of your sensors back in?

Well that and the MAF sensor. You might try resetting your pcm and see if that helps any.

Does is sound like something I should take seriously? Hopefully nothing major would come from it. Performance wise its fine, its just that issue at idle that makes me wonder a bit.
