Timing chain

Timing chain Hey guys, Has anyone here had there timing off a tooth in either direction? I had my timing chain off to do some work and now my car is a tenth or so slower in the quarter (i also lost about a 1/2 mile per hour). the car runs great but is slightly (noticable mostly at launch) slower. could a tooth off account for this?
