General Maintenance & Repairs - Turn Signal / Cruise control lever...?

My turn signal / cruise control lever seems to be "loose" and after some quick inspection it appears to be held in via a small TORX screw?

Has anyone tightened or removed this part and if so, what size TORX bit is it?
