Default orphace tube for a/c???

Been having a/c problems since I got the car. We replaced the compressor and re-charged the system and it worked for about a week then went out, I heard you had to replace the orphace tube when doing the a/c. Does anyone know what/how to do this??

If it blew up real bad plan on replacing the condensor it is impossible to flush all of the crap out. The orifice tube is in the liquid line running from the condensor to the evaporator. Remove the line from the vehicle then look inside the line where it connects to the evaporator and you will see the tube and remove it with a small pair of needle nose pliers. If it is full of metal and debris stop right there and order a condensor. But the pressures of the system while it is running will ultimately tell exactly what is happening and where to begin looking for a problem.
