Question Heistation/Surging Issues

Need help with P0171/P0174 DTC
2000 Camaro, 5.7L, 95k, 6spd.
SLP lid, K&N filter, SLP LM1

I've had this problem for the past ~6 months. Scanned the car at AutoZone after MIL and hesitation/pulsing issues in Feb., pulled up P0171 and P0174 (stored and pending). I took the car to a local Chevy dealer, they recommended replacement of both upstream O2 sensors, MAP sensor, and tune-up (including plugs/wires). I personally bought and installed (2) Botch 02 sensors and Botch plugs/wires. Also checked fuel pressure (right at 60psi) after install. No change in MIL or performance. I bought CNC MAF cleaner, and cleaned the MAF. While I had the Maf-lid removed I cleaned the K&N filter and wiped oil off of the throttle body. I noticed a slight increase in performance, MIL light remained, hesitation issues remained @ ~2500rpm under mid throttle.

I have also noticed a slight whistling noise that varies with engine RPM. I checked around the air box for vacuum (with my hand) and didn't notice anything. The noise seems to be originating from the main serpentine belt.

Any ideas on what I should attack next? I don't want to spend more money on parts (MAP sensor) before I got some input from the experts.

Thanks!
