Has anyone ever used the Comp Cams LS1 Camshaft - 216/220 .525 / .532 114 LSA 1300-6300 RPM Power Band.
TR says dyno proven results right near 400 rwhp and tq. with bbk TB, LT, Exhaust, MAF, UD, and LS6 Intake.
I love the powerband because I have an A4 and love the LSA for a stealthy idle. Anyone have any comments on this cam?
I have narrowed it down to either this cam or one of the CheaTR cams or the TR224.

I did use that cam for my first cam swap, it was nice cam and put only 340HP on A4 ,but it was perform super with NOS.
then i swap to TR224 that was the best cam i ever used,the car puts 380HP with no tuning hassle. i recommend the TR224 if want the Drivebilty plus performance,and its idle simillar to comp 216-220.
the Cheater its not stealth cam if you have LT exhaust it will idle like 114,my friend has it.
TR224 114 will not steer you wrong .
note(the 216-220 dyno was made with stage 1 heads thats why it put near 400)

that seams very small and i would bet you would not see 400rwhp
ide go bigger, give us more info on your set up, goals and what your do and dont want, and if its your dd
fyi im going with a 232/232 .595/.595 110+3 other mods in sig and ill do the springs and oil pump at th esame time i will cry if i dont get 400rwhp with that a goos size cam and a pulley 54 hp should be easy
mines not a dd but i drive it when i can and i wanted a more mid top end power band that did not lack a whole lot down low

This is my DD. Sees the track a few times during the season. Mods are LID, UD, LT, catted y pipe, magnaflow exhaust, tb and thats all. I am also thinking about a set of stage 1 heads from Livernois and a set of gears or a new rear. And I definitely would not exclude the option of nitrous in the future.

With the new lobe designs and tuning capabilities now available, the 216/220 cam isn't your best choice.
If you want a great daily driver cam that is easy to tune and will give you a good increase in power, then go for the TR 224. The lobe designs available like the XE-R would be a little more aggressive, but will actually idle better and make more power because they open and close the valves faster.
Valvespring technology has also come a long way and appropriately chosen and setup springs will last a long time.
Don't be afraid of lift!
I got Patrick G to spec me a custom cam for my M6. His price is more than reasonable and he takes the guess work out of cam selection. He will tailor the cam around your requests...streetability, idle, powerband, etc.
