I have a code P0480. I used EFI and used manual controls to activate low speed fan/fans with no luck. In High speed setting, passenger side fan came on only.

What is normal? Both fans @ high speed, one fan @ high speed, one fan at low, two fans @ low?

sounds like you might have a problem.

Normal is both fans on simultaneously, whether low or high speed.

any luck?,,ive had this code as long as ive owned my car,,,relays were all changed.

Car is under warranty so I took it to a dealer. Replaced driver side fan and all OK again. FWIW, I never could get the passenger side fan to come on with my code.
