Will a 98 ls1 4l60e work in a 95 lt1? My friend needs to know because his went out and we found this guy that has a 98 one for cheap.

No it would require a special converter at the very least thats a little odd weuse and LT1 engine in ourtest vehicle and took a little creativity to make a converter that would work ,Some one may make this converter we do not ofer one going that way, we do offer a converter to hook and LT1 style to and LS1 engine. other mods would been needed to its probably not worth the effort.
I would get one to fit the car.

95 is 95 only on the transmission. Its a odd ball transmission. Some of the solenoids were different in this year only.
