odd problem after shutting off car

odd problem after shutting off car car runs fine when i start it and drive around. I turn the car off , run in for a soda or to get gas, i restart the car and it hesistated kinda weird adn sputters for the first couple minutes than runs fine. it does this every time i run the car, then shut it off and restart it!!
only mods i have are volant intake , hooker cat back exhaust. i was thinking vapor lock? anyoen else have any clue?
