Default Drove in a puddle, turn signal problem

I got caught in a storm last week and hit a puddle in the road. I noticed my horn sounded muffled a little. Now my left turn signal comes on when you pull the stalk, but it doesn't blink. The right signal works fine however. I know it's an electrical problem, maybe a short. Can anyone tell me what to look for? I checked the fuses they all looked good.
