Default 6.0 iron block ?

i've got a couple of questions.
when boring a 6.0 iron block do you need a torque plate?
who can balance my rotating assy in texas (preferably)
i'm in brownsville tx. so the closest to south texas the better.
one more if anyone has a set of 4.030 pistons for 3.622 stroke 6.125 rods
pm me please.
thanks

Usually, you use a torque plate when you hone the cylinders after boring.

after boring you have to hone the cylinders anyway so yes you would use a torque plate.
