Default P0480 + P0481 + P0507

What could have caused the P0480 and P0481? We had been driving the car and shut it down, then turned the key right back on to scan. Would this cause the fan relay code to be thrown? There's been no mods to the cooling system on the car. We think the P0507 is from a TB that just wouldn't let the engine to rev down, it would stay about 2 grand.

As for your fans, check the fuse block under the hood. The PCM has detected that command state does not match the actual circuit state. The P0507, check to see that the accelerator or cruise control cables are adjusted properly. All this is telling you is that the idle speed is at least 100 RPM more than the desired speed.
