Anyone use Crane ( 99846)valve springs? Still trying to figure out which valve spring to use and was wondering if anyone uses Cranes. They make a new one for LS1's with a dampner part # 99846-16. It's 1.255 o.d and .870 i.d. Seat pressure open is 125@1.8 and open pressure is 383@1.200, the rate is 428lbs/inch and coil bind is at 1.100. It sounds pretty stout, the cam i'm going to use has no more than .570 lift. They have also come out with a double spring but I think it's overkill for what I'm after. What do u guys think?
