Does anyone know the size of TB that comes from the factory one the LS1's.

75mm, can be opened up to about 78mm, give or take, with some simple porting.

75mm is correct and as stated above can be ported

Porting makes it a true 75mm, the blade is 75mm and the housing around were the blade rests at idle is too but the lip infront of it knocks it down to 72-73mm.
