Default Just finished Ram PG HD install, reverse trouble

I just finished installing my ram powergrip hd, I resurfaced the flywheel, put a new slave and throw out bearing in, bled the clutch twice and the problem i have is that reverse is difficult to get into. All other gears go in relatively smoothly. My reverse was always a little difficult to go in, but it never took this much force. I also have a b&m shifter, but i tried switching back to stock and it made no difference at all. I put the shim in, took my time, etc etc. And i cant figure out why reverse is difficult. Could it be that the clutch is new and needs to be worn a little more? Any help is appreciated.

I searched aswell, the ENG SEN fuse is NOT blown, and the reserse lockout plug (black) is plugged in (black to black) Is this just how its going to be with my reverse from now on?
