Default Biggest lift with a hydraulic cam?

What is the most lift one can get with a hydraulic cam assuming the best valvetrain parts are used such as morel lifters. Whats the most duration? What limits this factors, is it the lifter not being able to hold the oil cushion or what not after a certain lift/duration? I tried a search and found some good info but no exact answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I belive the morels are limited to .675 (seen that in some product descriptions, maybe cstraub can comment more on that). Two of the biggest limiting factors are spring preasures and RPM. How much? I cant say, that kinda tech is above my head.

The follow up question would be how much of an increase in valve train maintenance can be expected with the highest posible lift?

My LSK/XER cam has .644 intake lift with stock lifters, Comp Pushrods, Patriot Xtreme Dual valve spring kit. The duration is only 227/228. The cam is from Thunder Racing, it was checked by them on a cam doctor. Duration will be limited by PTV clearance.

Comp LSK lobes have some pretty crazy ramp rates and lift. I have a chart of them at home that I'll look up when I get there.

EDIT: Comp LSK lobes go up to 264 duration and a .663 lift. I know you can have LSx cams ground with big block lobes though.

My cam doctored stick uses LSK lobes... .227/235 .645/.650 lift. I'm using Caddy lifters (although if I were to do it over I'd probably choose the latest Crane revision if they were compatible), Crane 3/8" pushrods, and PRC Platinum springs. Oh, and I've got valve reliefs in my pistons.
