Question about LS7 gasket on a Ls1 block?

Question about LS7 gasket on a Ls1 block? Ok tonight I was going to bolt up my heads, but I got to looking at the block and gaskest together and something didn't look right. On the 7.0 Ls7 gasket for the water coolant jackets, there are little holes instead of the standard triangler shape ports. With this added restriction of just a little hole compared to the extact shape and size port. Will it make the car over heat? And when I push the gasket flush against the block only half the hole was over the coolant port. So that would be futher restriction. please help me ASAP. Thanks Jordan.
