You cant, its a one off custom car built by now gone Morgan Motorsports in 2001. MMS is now gone, who knows what happened to that car. Here is an article on it, chances are every part on that car is custom built.

Put a regular TA spoiler in the oven and bake it at 450 for 2 hours. It should come out the same.........

Probably custom made.
