o2 sensors dont read anything Help

o2 sensors dont read anything Help I am having a extreme issure with my O2 sensors, i am in the middle of getting my car tuned with a tuner and there is no reading for both of my O2 sensors i am wondering has one of my grounds come loos or something did i forget one, i replaced both the o2's and still no luck with them he thought that maybe i had a blown fuse. what do you guys think also my asr light will come on and off automatically at random times. what could this be do you think that these are related in any way this all happend after i did my heads and cam swap let me know guyss
