Default changing ngk tr55 plugs at 3 years/10,000 miles?

Do you think it's a good idea to change plugs and wires after this amount of time and miles of mostly racing. Pulled one plug and it did not look bad but I have not checked all of them.

I'd like to know also.. I've had mine in as a DD for the past 3.5 years and 22k miles.. I've been told they're only good for 10k miles..

I really need to change them.. But I have to do wires too.. my Taylor's stripped out on me.

since they are just copper with no platinum or cool stuff on the electrode, i would change them. I have 15,000 on mine but I have painfull flashbacks of #8, F'in SLP headers

^ ... Damn Junk SLP Headers! I've got em too... I want to switch soon, but I'll end up selling them to a metal scrap yard just to get them out of my hair... I couldn't GIVE them away if I wanted to..
