so if say my car runs a 12.9 before the stall then what do u think it would run with a 3600 stall in it since it will keep my cam in power band all the time and since last time i was at the track i have changed my tune so i dont redline until 6600 rpms just curious thanks for your help.

Check out yanks site you can find them from the sponsor list. Price will pretty much be the same no matter where you go unless you can find a sale or special going on for the month.
Don't forget to get a transmission cooler as well. It is required for any after market torque converter.

Yeah converters are the ****. Just make sure that you get the cooler and a pair of drag radials, you won't hook with street tires. Once the converter locks up, the car will feel like it did before you changed to a higher stall.
After the converter and a pair of drag radials my 60' went from a 2.0 to a 1.70 with just a lid and catback as supporting mods. Time went down by a full second but that took a few trips to the track to get it done right. Just practice and have fun.

FTI call them up and talk to greg he will build you a custom billit converter very reasonably priced i have a 4000 stall in my camaro it is very streetable and when you need the stall it is there. dont no about anybody else but my dad had a yank converter in a chevelle and burned up 2 in less then 500 miles the last one ended up 4200 stall and it turned 2500 to back out of the driveway. give him a call 1-866-726-8358. they have a 4th gen camaro with an ls1 cutting 1.17 60ft's running 9.19 daily driven.
