Default loud vibration after LS6, slave, master install

I just had my clutch drop to the floor over a week ago. I reputable shop took on the task of fixing the problem.

I ordered an LS6 clutch kit from MTI in Houston, a slave cylinder, and also a GM master cylinder.

Now, here comes the issue I'd like some light shed on. I'm no mechanic, I'm a Soldier. In 1st and 2nd gear, the car responds like new to my clutch/pedal input, but there's a noticeable louder noise than stock, and more vibration. Not at first, only if you apply more rpms and don't shift to the next higher gear.

Can someone enlighten me a bit on this?
